Carnival Cancels Two December Horizon Cruises

Carnival Cruise Line has cancelled two cruises aboard the Carnival Horizon. The first was set to sail on December 5th and the second on December 11th.

There has been an issue with the ship affecting its maximum cruising speed due to an issue with one of its engines, which means Carnival could not operate these sailings, according to a letter sent to booked guests.

Guests will get a full refund and 100 percent future cruise credit based on the value of their cruise fare.

The ship will now return to service for a seven-night cruise roundtrip from Miami to the Eastern Caribbean on December 19th.
