John Padgett, who has served as chief experience and innovation officer for Carnival Corporation since July 2014, has been named as the president of Princess Cruises. He will report directly to Jan Swartz, who is the group president of Holland America Group. Holland America Group includes Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn and P&O Cruises Australia.
