In a press release issued today, Carnival Cruise Line shared that it is preparing to unveil details about Celebration Key, its exclusive destination that’s currently in development in The Bahamas, Carnival guests can register to be the “first-to-know” about on-sale dates and special promotions, including an exclusive offer for guests who sign up, as well as itineraries and other announcements about Celebration Key. “As the first cruise port destination being designed specifically for Carnival guests, we feel it’s important to invite them along for this special journey as we continue to work our way toward the opening of Celebration Key in July 2025,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line.
Celebration Key will offer a uniquely Bahamian experience with an abundance of features and amenities, including a one-mile stretch of white-sand beach, shore excursions, numerous recreational and leisure facilities for both families and adults, as well as Bahamian-operated retail, food and beverage options for Carnival guests to enjoy. For the ultimate convenience and maximum enjoyment time, the adjacent cruise pier will be able to accommodate up to two of Carnival’s Excel-class ships simultaneously to allow guests to walk off the ship and arrive at Celebration Key.
Soon, Carnival plans to announce the initial ships in the fleet that will be among the first to visit Celebration Key and open for sale the first itineraries with scheduled visits to the exclusive destination.
