Costa Announces New Japan and South-East Asia Cruises

In a press release issued on July 4th, Costa Cruises shared two new itineraries for winter 2025/26, entirely dedicated to Asia.

In addition to the Mediterranean, Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arab Emirates, South America and
Around the World cruise, from November 2025 to January 2026 the Italian company will offer the
opportunity to visit some of Asia’s most beautiful destinations from the unique perspective of the sea,
on board the Costa Serena, with maximum comfort, thanks to the ‘fly&cruise’ formula, which will allow
guests to fly to embark on the ship leaving directly from the main European cities.

The Costa Serena‘s first itinerary is focused on Japan. A 15-day journey through the Orient, to the
Empire of the Rising Sun, discovering ceremonial traditions, golden temples, and lush Zen gardens,
with a taste of modern history in the big cities. The full itinerary includes Hong Kong, Keelung (Taiwan),
Naha (Japan), Kagoshima (Japan), Tokyo (Japan), Kobe (Japan), Nagasaki (Japan), Busan (South
Korea), Hong Kong.

The second itinerary, also of 15 days, is an immersion in South-East Asia. From the boundless fields
of Vietnam to the temples and golden beaches of Thailand, the ultra-modern skylines of Singapore,
all the green nature of the Philippines and Brunei, discovering mosques and local handicrafts. The
destinations included in this itinerary are Hong Kong, Nha Trang (Vietnam), Phu My (Vietnam), Koh
Samui (Thailand), Singapore, Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei), with a 12-hour long stopover, Puerto
Princesa, Palawan (Philippines), Hong Kong.

Cruises in Japan will be available from November 21st, 2025 to January 30th, 2026, embarking from Hong Kong and Tokyo, and will alternate with those in South-East Asia, which instead offer embarkation
from Hong Kong and Singapore.

The two itineraries can be combined into a single 28-night holiday, visiting all 14 destinations on the
two routes. The ideal solution, for example, to celebrate the end of 2025 and the beginning of the New
Year. In addition, there will be the possibility of extending your stay in the destinations by choosing
the dates of the flights of your preference, independently of those determined for the cruise.
Alternatively, for those with less time available, it is also possible to purchase just one week of either
itinerary.

Before setting sail on these new cruises in Asia, the Costa Serena will undergo major renovation works
that will further enhance the onboard experience.
