Royal Caribbean Group announced today that Richard Fain will be stepping down as the CEO of Royal Caribbean Group on January 3, 2022. Richard Fain has held that position for 33 years. Jason Liberty, Royal Caribbean Group’s current CFO, will take over the CEO position and will join the Board of Directors. Even though Richard Fain will no longer be the CEO, he will remain the Chairmain of the Board of Directors.
Royal Caribbean Group also announced today that Naftali Holtz will take over the CFO role when Jason Liberty takes over the CEO position. Holtz is currently the senior Vice President of finance for the Royal Caribbean Group.
